Founded by Praveen Pillai in Dubai, Macins Group spans fit-out construction, MEP, structural fabrication, trading, real estate, automotive, FMCG, automation, and intelligent shipping & logistics across UAE, India, KSA, and Qatar — and now the medical sector.

AM Health Hub — the health arm
Together the groups created AM Health Hub: concierge healthcare, international treatment journeys, second opinions, and air ambulance services. Amzo Care is its corporate benefits platform for UAE employers.
